"My family dealed twice with this company. First attracted by the cheap price but the man didnt show up on the first appointment and we missed out the final time for inspection. As a result,we have to pay extra $2k to fix the problem instead of counting on the seller. He apologized and we thought its okay and second time we purchased another house he reported with a major structure defect at the beginning but after the seller contacted him. The house changed into "No problem ".anymore. I really surprised with this magic moment. So,if you wanna pay for more money on this unprofessional handling. Please go for it. You will definitely end up paying more."
